BOIL & COOL: Stir together broth, salt, savory, thyme, thyme, rosemary, and sage to a large pot over high heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, pour it in a large container/bowl, put it in the refrigerator to cool down for 30-minutes (or let it cool on the stove for an hour - until at room temperature).
