Ingredients
Orange Sauce
1cuporange juice
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2tbsprice vengar,can sub with white vinegar
2tbspsoy sauce
1/4tspground ginger
1/2tsp garlic powder
1-2tsporange zest
1tbspcornstarch
Chicken
2lbsboneless chicken breasts,cut into 1" pieces
3eggs,whisked
1/3cupcornstarch
1/3cupflour
salt

Instructions
MAKE THE SAUCE:- In a pot over medium heat (6 or 7) add the orange juice, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, heat for 5 minutes. - While that heats up, take a small bowl and add the 1 tbsp of cornstarch and 2 tbsp of water, mixing together to create a paste. Add paste to the heated juice mix in the pot, and thicken over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add the orange zest and remove from the heat and set aside for now.
MAKE THE CHICKEN:- In a shallow dish and mix together the flour, the cornstarch, and a dash of salt. Then mix in the eggs in a separate shallow dish. - Dip the chicken pieces in the whisked eggs, then dip them in the flour mixture, getting them fully coated, then placing them on a plate/in a bowl. - In a pan over medium/high heat, add about 2 inches of oil. Cook the chicken pieces for about 3 minutes, turning them often until golden. Toss the cooked chicken into the orange sauce, then plate it, topped with chopped green onion, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
