Coleslaw is the perfect add-on to a pulled pork sandwich, to serve as a side dish, or to eat solo! Making this sweet and crunchy treat is quick and super easy!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup creamy salad dressing (of your choice)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar (you can use up to 1/2 cup)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- salt, to taste
- 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
- 1/4 onion, diced
Instructions
- COMBINE: Mix salad dressing, sugar, oil, vinegar, and salt together in a bowl and combine. Toss coleslaw mix and onion together, adding the salad dressing mixture on top. Toss to fully coat the coleslaw mix.1/4 onion, diced, 2/3 cup creamy salad dressing, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp white vinegar, salt, to taste, 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
- CHILL & SERVE: Let the coleslaw sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours to let the dressing saturate the coleslaw mix. Serve and enjoy!
